We hope everyone is enjoying their summer vacations in a safe and relaxing manner.
Office Check-In:
We thank everyone for continuing to adhere to our check-in process. We still require everyone over the age of 2, to wear a face mask in order to keep our vulnerable patients healthy.
Please inform the front upon check-in if you have had a close contact exposure to someone with COVID in the past 14 days or have tested positive for COVID in the past 14 days.
Upon exiting, please follow the arrows on the floor.
COVID Vaccines for 6 months and older
The CDC and FDA have approved the COVID vaccine for everyone over 6 months of age. We highly recommend the vaccine to help prevent, as well as decrease the severity of COVID. Please contact the health department to schedule the vaccine as well as a booster if eligible.
Welcome Angela Masters, CPNP
We would like to welcome Angela Masters, NP to our family. Angela comes with a wealth of pediatric knowledge and a compassionate demeanor.

Due to our staffing shortage, we will continue to operate on a modified schedule. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please remember to schedule your back-to-school physical appointment or sports clearance exam.
If you are outdoors; please remember to apply and reapply sunscreen every 90 minutes to anyone over 6 months of age. Always check your children for ticks. And lastly, supervise ALL children near water sources to prevent drowning.
